NEOSS is an initiative of the Department of Science, Technology and Innovation (DSTI) that is managed
and hosted by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), as a National Hosted Programme within the Hosted National Programmes (HNP) (herein after referred to as DSINEOSS).
